I decided to get back into book binding and made a daily sketch book for simple warm up or down sketches.

”The Alchemists and the Dragon” - by Sasha Mutch
RMIT Bachelor of Animation Graduate Film.
Well It looks like my University uploaded my animation so I’ll guess I’ll finally make my animation public on my own channel.
Man it’s funny to look back at this now. I was satisfied with it but there were obviously a lot of mistakes and cuts to the original scripts and storyboards that I had to do.
It’s finished now but there’s a chance these characters could actually be returning in the future. Can’t say much though

6-hours: Hi Sasha! I really love your ink drawings, the solid blacks are really powerful :) I was wondering what kind of pen did you use for your most recent Inktober post to get that variation in line width? It looks hella!!
I’m not able to tell you what I used for that one specifically but I recently got some new nibs and inks from JetPens, which work ten times better and have a similar effect!
I bought a:
Tachikawa Comic Pen Nib Holder,
Zebra Comic Pen Nib - G Model,
Deleter Manga Ink - White,
and Kuretake Manga Pen Ink.
I’ve only used all of these (except the white) once but I can tell you straight away that I believe the quality of these are great!
Jet Pens also have a nice guide to nibs and pen nib holders if you’d like an example of the different types.

I’m going to be over at AMC on the weekend! I’ll be sharing a booth with aileenbayaca, cristina-jane, namiraprimandari, sashamutch and Sean(don’t have their blog OTL) at booth AA6, go check out booth AA36 to see megtrivett, sonicjaguar and katieelle too!
