Hey peeps!
One of the reasons I haven’t been active online so much is because I’ve been preparing to go study in Nanjing, China! I’m excited and nervous and will be making a simple little comic over at Tapastic about my experience.
My Mandarin is poor and this will be the first time I live on my own and overseas. Many people study abroad but I’ve always enjoyed people telling their own experiences of it and thought I’d give it a go.
So get ready for some rough little comics!

I wanted to post the 3d version of my sailor moon i did earlier so everyone could see it in its full glory as a WIP
It’s sashamutch version of another sailor moon, i will finish it someday i swear.

Getting into digital art can be great but it can also pull you too far away from traditional art, I know that I certainly have. I find that if you’re really keen on getting into digital art get yourself a tablet, a cheapy is good to start with. You can try out some of the practice memes for facial expressions, colour etc. that can be found on sites like deviant art as I always find them a good way to get your art flowing again. But in all honesty I would recommend keep on improving your traditional work for awhile as it is more beneficial to start with a good concept of traditional art when getting into digital art then the other way around.

Anonymous: Is there anyway we can watch your graduation movie? Your character designs look awesome.
Unfortunately at the moment I’m submitting it into festivals and some require that I do not upload it publicly online so all I can say is that it will be online by the end of this year.
That being said there’s a few more shots you can have a peak at on my 2014 Showreel ;)
